RELAXATION OF TAXATION LAWS/RULES

The Hon’ble President Promulgated taxation and other laws (relaxation of certain provisions) Ordinance 2020. Where, any time has been specified which falls during the period from 20th March, 2020 to 29th June, 2020 or such other date after 29th June, 2020, compliance for the same are relaxed. If ay due dates fall within this time period, then interest on delay will be maximum 3-4th % of every month and no penalty shall be levied.
