COMPANIES FRESH START SCHEME (CFSS - 2020)

On March 30, 2020, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs has issued a circular condoning the delay in filing certain documents during the current year C Form under Section 403 read with Companies Registration Office and Fee Rules 2014 and in compliance with Section 460 of the Companies Act 2013. It is a one-time waiver of additional filing fee for delayed filing by the companies with the Registrar of Companies. The Scheme has begun from April 1, 2020 and would end on September 30, 2020.
