Urmika Tripathi is a Senior Associate at AZB & Partners and specializes in corporate insolvency and debt restructuring. She regularly advises insolvency professionals, creditors, bidders and debtors on market leading transactions under India’s insolvency regime. In the past, she has worked with the World Bank on the Subnational B-Ready Business Insolvency study across six EU countries. She is a Fellow of INSOL International and her research on insolvency laws of Asian emerging economies has been published and recognised on several platforms globally.
