Aniruddha Sen’s primary practice areas are M&A, special situations, restructuring and insolvency, distressed transactions, workouts, and structured finance. He has advised various international funds, investments banks and international investors in some of the high value and complex corporate and debt restructurings in recent years. Aniruddha has also extensively acted for funds, capital providers and corporations on large financing transactions and M&A. Aniruddha has advised several leading international funds, institutions and corporates on their Indian equity and debt investments, restructurings and exits.
