Savar is a Counsel in Chandhiok & Mahajan’s Insolvency & Restructuring practice with 10 years of experience. He has been advising clients on a wide range of issues arising in the Indian insolvency space, developing and executing dispute strategies by evaluating risk factors affecting business decisions, and offering immediate and practical commercial advice on legal and commercial matters. Savar also has extensive experience with respect to corporate restructuring, including schemes of arrangement (mergers, demergers, and the like), having advised and represented government companies in such matters.
He routinely appears before various benches of the NCLT, the NCLAT, the High Courts of Delhi, Punjab & Haryana at Chandigarh, and Mumbai, as well as the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
Savar has been recognized as a 'Recommended Lawyer', Asia Pacific, 2026 by Legal500 and has also completed the INSOL International- Insol Future Leaders of India Programme 2025.
