In a career spanning 25 years, he has held leadership roles in several corporations across sectors and geographies. He has experience of audit, tax, structuring, acquisitions, integration, reorganizations, restructurings, and senior-management change. His sectoral operating and restructuring experience include Financial Services, Fintech, Cement, Precast, EPC, Beneficiation & Crushing, Municipal Solid Waste & e-waste management, Facilities Management, Fire & Electronic Security, Pulp & Paper, and Speciality Chemical. In addition, he has worked in HVAC, elevators & escalators, and aviation (MRO) sectors.
Devendra is an INSOL Fellow, holds an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management and is a Chartered Accountant by profession. Currently, he is an independent restructuring advisor
