As a member of the Firm’s Restructuring, Insolvency & Bankruptcy practice group, Abhishek regularly appears before the NCLT, NCLAT, and the Supreme Court in insolvency and company law cases. His clientele includes Resolution Professionals, Liquidators, Committees of Creditors, Operational and Financial Creditors, Resolution Applicants, Shareholders and Promoters among others. Abhishek has been party to a large number of reported cases which have helped settle the law on various subjects. He also represents clients in matters concerning ESG.
