Dinkar is a partner with EY in India, leading its Debt & Special Situations practice.
He has led multiple engagements – both as Advisor and as Interim Management – focused on Crisis Management, Liquidity Management & the Turnaround of stressed businesses in the retail, industrial products, infrastructure and automotive components space.
He is one of the first registered Insolvency Professionals in India and has contributed actively to the development of the stressed asset ecosystem in India. Dinkar has been associated with INSOL India since 2016.
With professional experience of over 25 years, Dinkar has extensive experience in the Transactions space including Due Diligence, Deal Advisory and Post Merger Integration services having advised Clients on many Domestic, Inbound and Cross Border mergers and acquisitions, private equity placements and AIM listing transactions.
