Roundtable on Fast Track Resolution

INSOL India, SIPI - an independent think on insolvency, FISME and Indian Industries Association (IIA) are organising a roundtable of MSME representatives, professionals who assist SMEs in their business activities/CAs and bankers engaged in SME financing to obtain their views, feedback and suggestions on the draft regulations of fast track resolution.
The roundtable is being organised on the request of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) which is in the process of finalising the Regulations for Fast Track Resolution of Insolvency under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016. IBBI is holding country wide consultations with stakeholders to finalise the regulations. The Central Government is very keen to finalise and notify this in the third week of May 2017.
The regulations will have a direct bearing on MSMEs and Start ups.
Dr. Suman Saxena, Wholetime Member, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India IBBI will attend the roundtable meeting.
