Roundtable on Cross Border Insolvency Draft Bill

A roundtable of stakeholders is being held on Monday, 5th June, 2017 from 10.30 am to 1.00 pm in New Delhi under the chairmanship of Dr. T. K. Viswanathan, Chairman, Bankruptcy Law Reforms Committee to discuss the Draft Cross Border Insolvency and Bankruptcy Bill. Sumant Batra is the Convenor of the Roundtable. The roundtable is being jointly hosted by INSOL India – the leadership body of insolvency, restructuring and turnaround fraternity, and SIPI – an independent think tank of insolvency industry.
Participation in the roundtable is strictly by invitation only.
