The Centre for Transnational Commercial Law (CTCL) at National Law University, Delhi organised a talk for its faculty on 13 April 2017 where Dr. Sahoo, Chairperson, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of india, Mr. A S. Chandhiok, President, INSOL India and Sumant Batra, Chairman, SIPI were invited to deliver a talk.
CTCL was established in 2016 to advance the study and practice of transnational commercial law. TCL is an emerging area of law and policy necessitated by cross-border movement of people and business transactions. The Centre seeks to be a guiding factor in teaching, research and policy formulation.
