Pooja Mahajan is a Partner at Chandhiok & Associates (C&A), a full-service law firm in India. She completed her Bachelor in Laws from the University of Delhi and received her Bachelor in Civil Law with distinction from the University of Oxford. Pooja has extensive experience in advising clients on all aspects of corporate and commercial laws and leads the C&A’s Corporate practice. Her practice includes advising clients on general corporate and company law issues; mergers and acquisitions; in-bound and out-bound investments; corporate re-organizations/ re-structuring; debt financing, debt restructuring and insolvency related matters. Before C&A, Pooja worked with Mr. Arun Jaitley and Amarchand Mangaldas Suresh A. Shroff & Co, where she was also a partner in the Corporate Practice Group.
