Ashish is an FCA with over 21 years of professional experience. He is also an Insolvency Professional registered with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India and IIIPICAI. He leads the Recovery & Reorganisation practice for Grant Thornton in India. He has experience in offering Turnaround services, Financial and Operational Restructuring;  Interim management, M&A,  Risk advisory, Due Diligence reviews as well as advising on insolvency and recovery procedures.
 

Prior to joining the Firm, Ashish was COO of a manufacturing corporation having operations in several countries.  He has proven expertise in leading large multi-lingual and multi-cultural teams across different worldwide geographies. He has domain knowledge across multiple industry verticals such as banking and capital markets; metals & mining; insurance, healthcare and real estate to name a few.

Ashish has led insolvency and reorganisation engagements across India on behalf of several large lending institutions such as State Bank of India; ICICI Bank; Bank of Baroda and Axis Bank, etc.
